Santa’s Sleigh Christmas Collection raises over £11,900

The Rotary Club of Horwich is giving a big thank you to the very generous people of Horwich & Blackrod. The Santa’s Sleigh Christmas Collection in December raised the magnificent sum of over £11,900. This money is used to fund Horwich Rotary’s donations throughout the year including the Youth Achievement Awards, Dragon’s Den Competition, Childrens’ Christmas Party and Senior Citizens’ Party. Horwich Rotary also especially thanks Kia Bolton for providing the liveried vehicle, The Crown Hotel for storing the sleigh, Tesco Horwich, Aldi & Iceland, and Horwich Inner Wheel and everyone else who helped with the collections.
