Millbrook Primary School have a new Reading Hut!

Dukinfield and Stalybridge Rotary Club are thrilled to share some news from our recent efforts to support the pupils at Millbrook Primary School.

In the aftermath of the devastating tornado on December 27, which swept through our town and affected so many, including Millbrook Primary School, we were determined to lend a helping hand.

One of the projects close to our hearts was the rebuilding and replacement of their beloved reading shed. Pupils were particularly affected when its cherished reading shed, stocked with a collection of books for young readers, was destroyed.

Through the generosity and support of our community and dedicated members, we are pleased to announce that Millbrook Primary School has successfully rebuilt their reading shed!

The school proudly unveiled the new reading shed at a special ceremony held for pupils and organisations that helped with the funding.
