Visit to a Middleham Racehourse Stable, and tour with Mark Johnston

This week members and family and friends met at Kingsley House in Middleham where Mark Johnson greeted them. He took them on a tour of his Middleham Stables.
July had been an excellent month for the stables with 43winners.
He explained the background of the present stables and the developments that have taken place during his time as owner in addition to his plans for the future. The life of a racehorse, its training regime and the care of its health were discussed provoking much questioning and discussion. It was unanimously agreed that that it was a very successful visit.
