THE LEGENDS ARE BACK!

For the 17th year in a row, the hugely popular Wakefield Chantry Rotary Club LEGENDS NIGHT was held recently at the St Pierre Hotel in Newmillerdam.

For the 17thyear in a row, the hugely popular Wakefield Chantry Rotary Club LEGENDS NIGHT was held recently at the St Pierre Hotel in Newmillerdam.

Over the years this event has raised over £45,000 for Charities via the Rotary Club. These include local, national and international charities. This year the Speaker for the evening was Paul Sculthorpe MBE. Paul is a well-known Rugby League GB International, who has played for Warrington and St Helens. Paul won 4 Grand Finals, 4 Challenge Cups and 2 World Club Challenges. He was the first player to win the MAN OF STEEL Award on 2 consecutive occasions.
