Election night for next year's officers.
The other officers of the Club are voted in at the Club AGM.
- The six elected members of Council (who can only serve for a max. of 3 years),
- The Person or Persons to Audit the Club Accounts for the next year,
- The two Club representatives at District Council,
- The Executive Secretary for the coming year who is responsible for Club administration.
The role of the Executive Secretary is -
- Any member, including Honorary members can hold this role.
- As mentioned, it is primarily used to give a member administrative rights within the club.
- It is an active position for up to a year, as with all roles.
- Election basis is the same as the Club Secretary - max. five years.
