This is a Business Meeting and includes the SGM, the agenda for which is attached (subject to amendment).
SGM Agenda
- To receive and approve the examined Club & Trust Fund annual accounts to 30.06.25.
- To elect, by ballot of the members, the President for the next year but one.
- To elect the Vice President(s), Secretary & Treasurer for the next Rotary year.
- To elect one voting delegate & substitute) for the RGB&I Conference.
- To elect any Honorary Members.
The other officers of the Club are voted on at the Club AGM - 25th March 2026.
- The six elected members of Council (who serve for a max. of 3 years),
- the elected Person or Persons to Audit the Club Accounts for the next year,
- the Club representatives at Disatrict Council,
- the Executive Secrtary for the coming year who is reponsible for the coming year.
The role of the Executive Secretary is
- Any member, including Honorary members can hold this role.
- As mentioned, it is primarily used to give a member administrative rights within the club.
- It is active for up to a year, as with all roles.
- Election basis is the same as the Club Secrtary - max. five years.
