Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of the Club will be held on Wednesday 28th February 2024 at the Tempest Arms, Elslack at 6.50pm.

Agenda

1.    To elect, by ballot of the members, the President Elect for the next Rotary year. (2024-25) President in 2025-26  

2.    To elect, by ballot of the members, the Vice President for the next Rotary year. (2024-25) President

 in 2026-27 

Signed nominations for all posts (stating nominee, proposer and seconder) should be returned to me by no later than Tuesday 20th February 2024. The prior consent of the nominee must be obtained.
