Weekly meeting

While it may seem a long time until the 11^th of November and our SGM where we

          Receive the examined Club and Trust Fund annual accounts for the year ending 30^th June 2026.  

          The Club accounts to be approved.

           To elect by a ballot of members, Judy Hazlehurst as President for the next Rotary year. (2027-28)

           To elect, by ballot of the members, the President Elect for the next Rotary year. (2027-28)    

           To elect, by ballot of the members, the Vice President for the next Rotary year. (2027-28)

                To elect, by ballot of the members, the Secretary & Treasurer for the next Rotary year. (2027-28)

                To elect, by ballot of the members, one Trustee to serve for five years.

                To elect three voting delegates for the annual business meeting by attending the RIBI Conference

                or by voting on line.

                With only 2 more Council meetings 1^st September and 3^rd November we need to be filling the

                positions.
