Skipton Santa Fun Run

The first Skipton Santa Fun Run took place in 2010, comprising a 5 kilometre route around Skipton, starting and finishing at Aireville Park. 400 runners, joggers and walkers young and old took part in the inaugural event, to raise money for Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice, Martin House Hospice and other local charities
Last year, the 16th Great Skipton Santa Fun Run was exceptional with 2500 participants and record support from 43 Commercial Sponsors, raising a total of £73,005, through entry fees, sponsorship, anonymous donations and charitable donations by teams and individual participants.
The 17th Great Skipton Santa Fun Run will take place on Sunday 29th November 2026 from 11.00 starting and finishing on Skipton High Street.
