Xmas meeting held @ Hatters@FFM on Thursday 4^th December 2014

Graham Bowen opened the evening by welcoming members, wives and friends and our Judge Peter Speirs.

Grant McLeish introduced Peter, a long-serving member of Cupar Camera Club and recently converted Digital snapper with his Amazon purchase of a Panasonic TZ60 Lumix Camera. After explaining the criteria he uses when judging he then gave his thoughts on each of the 11 entries, before announcing the results.

Béla Simandi thanked Peter for taking the time to explain his judging methods and for his remarks about each of the photos.

Our Xmas meal was served by Stella and her staff in the very attractive and recently completed extension to the Fife Folk Museum.

The evening ended with a tough quiz set by Grant with the winning team scoring a magnificent 8 out of 20, well done.

Graham Bowen thanked Stella and her team at Hatters, Michael for organising the slides and our guests for joining us and wished us a safe journey home.
