Rotary Foundation - Rotary's Own Charity - has been at the forefront of the Rotary Eradicate Polio Campaign since 1985 and promotes the Rotary Peace Scholar Project.
The mission of The Rotary Foundation is to enable Rotarians to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education, and the alleviation of poverty.
The Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation supported solely by voluntary contributions from Rotarians and friends of the Foundation who share its vision of a better world.
Polio Plus has been a Rotary Charity for over 30 years; the aim to eradicate polio across the globe
Peace Scholars are students selected & sponsored by Rotary world wide with the aim of spreading peace across the globe.
Foundation Grants support Rotarians in their humanitarian, vocational, and educational activities.
In the last Rotary Year Pentagon donated nearly £1000 to the Rotary Foundation
