As reported in the District Newsletter Ripon local surgeries have set up a system using Rotarians and Friends of Rotary to help deliver dispensed drugs to those without transport in the rural area.

Derek reports; We have weathered the storm so the requests are drying up a little. We have done nearly 50 jobs in three weeks and have had many favourable comments from the public in a low key way. All the deliveries have been to very concerned people who have found themselves marooned in these Covid-19 times unable to call on fit and willing family, friends or neighbours. Many have offered donations to our Club charity funds.'
