Sir Godfrey Huggins, prime minister of South Rhodesia, said in 1955 " South Rhodesia is not a place for people who expect to be molly-coddled through life" but this was certainly not true for a young Malcolm Shay who recalled his experiences in his talk to the club yesterday.
