The Ripon Young Musicians of the Year competition regularly attracts between 80 and 100 entries and its development over the last 10 years was traced by organiser David Winpenny in his talk this week
Reference was made to various aspects including advertising, the high quality of participants and the awards.
Practical help on the day of the competition or with other other areas would be welcomed
