Details of a campaign to help Ripon move forward was oulined by Ann Townson this week. The plan is to have a customer survey and consumer group established to see what Ripon and district people want in the city.Campaign members are working with groups including the Community and Retail Forums as well as Ripon City Councillors.The fact that there are approximately 27 empty shops in Ripon underlines how important it is to act now.
32 people including 6 in wheelchairs took part in the Daffodil Delights tour last Sunday.
There is encouraging news of the Charity Golf Tournament with team entries reaching 51.
The trip to see 'Oliver!' is next Thursday.
The Club will be giving a donation to the Macular Disease Society.
