7 potential members attended the Club meeting this week addressed by District Governor Emyr Lloyd- Davies.
Em stressed the importance of recruiting new members, the Rotary 4 way test, publicising Rotary activities introducing new projects into Club programmes among other observations.
Reference was made to the Group Study Exchange visit to Ripon from September 22 - 25.
Reference also to the PolioPlus fund.
Tree planting as part of the Carbon Emissions Offset Scheme takes place at Dallowgill next Friday.
A donation will be made to the St Wilfrid's Procession Committee.
John Whelan is attending the Ocean Youth Trust taster day on 5th September.
The British Heart Foundation 100 mile bike ride comes through the Ripon area on 5th September.
