Over 40 filled shoeboxes just fitting into John's car for onward delivery to Romania and Moldova where there is much poverty and many thousands of Ukraine refugees. Great team work

The Shoebox team will arrange for onward delivery to Romania and Moldova where there is much poverty as well as thousands of Ukraine refugees. Heartfelt thanks to the people of Pennant and Rhydlewis.

John has been helping the charity, RAY Ceredigion, to raise £2525 to celebrate their 25th anniversary. John has just walked 25 miles along Ceredigion coastal path and his Justgiving page is still open if you want to help him reach the target!

Deli Lazzaro, Aberaeron: best coffee in town!

We are delighted to welcome Deli Lazzaro, Aberaeron, as our new corporate member. Owner managers, Eli and Carys, and their team offer a warm welcome and some delicious tasty treats both in the cafe and on the deli counter. Yummy!

Sunflower Competition

Five primary schools, over 500 children took part. Overall winner with the tallest sunflower was Edgar from Llanon School at 231cm!
