Brenda Waugh
Brenda tells of her journey to becoming Rotary District Governor for District 1320 (Southern Scotland).
She joined Rotary in 2003 and became involved in community and vocational service as well as youth, environment, international service in various roles and projects over the years. She enjoys making a difference in the community and changing lives.
