Rebecca will be talking to us on Tuesday evening about her family's move from Cambridgeshire to the Isle of Rhum and the aftermath.

The Isle of Rum - Rebecca Barley.

In December 2020 our  family uprooted from Littleport in Cambridgeshire and moved to the Isle of Rum. With only 42 other inhabitants the island is one of the most remote places to live in the United Kingdom. Humans are outnumbered by Deer, Goats and many other forms of wildlife, and with no pub, supermarkets or much in the way of infrastructure its life like you’ve never known before. During my talk I’ll share with you tales from our 16 months of highs and lows of life on the Isle of Rum, an experience we will never forget!
