Brief report on our District Governor’s Handover event on Saturday 27th June 2020
Our District Governor's Handover Lunch had to be cancelled unfortunately and was instead an online meeting on Saturday 27th June. A very good afternoon event in which we were delighted to be honoured with three awards for our collective efforts: -
An award for our Chairman, Bill Christie as a 'top recruiter';
An award for the Club related to that as having significant growth in Membership - 19 new members since 1/7/19
The award of the trophy for the Best RotaKids Project to the Killearn RotaPeeps club which is sponsored by our member Ian Dickie. This trophy was given in memory of PDG Roberta Gaitan and they will be so pleased to receive it.
