World's Biggest Coffee Morning 2018
Raising money to support Macmillan Cancer Support
On Friday 28th September, the members of the e-club of Great Britain and Ireland took part in The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning run by Macmillan. It is Macmillan’s biggest fundraising event for people facing cancer, where they ask people across the UK to host their own Coffee Mornings and donations on the day are made to Macmillan. Last year they raised over £27 million, and we helped contribute to reaching that goal again through our own donations.

One of our projects is collecting ring pulls from drinks cans to send to the Purple Community Fund, who work with communities providing training opportunities.
