Champagne Afternoon Tea

This year, 2017, marks the centenary of our Foundation doing good in the world. Countless generations of people all over the world have benefited from the dedication of generations of Rotarians like you and those in your Club.

Worth celebrating? We think so too.

We have therefore arranged an afternoon tea party on 9th September 2017 in the wonderful setting of Salomans, near Tunbridge Wells  as befits the occasion. The Rotary GB&I President, our own Denis Spiller and Penny and DG Carol Vizzard and Brian will be there as will Anne Wafula Strike, an inspirational Paralympian and Rotary Polio Ambassador.

There will be music from three talented young men and of course a splendid champagne afternoon tea to rival the Ritz or Savoy and at a fraction of the cost! This is not a fundraiser hence the price of £21 each. In the happy event that there is a surplus, however it will be donated to Polio Eradication.

Attached is an invitation to give you a flavour with details of how to book places. Why not make up a party from your Club and bring along partners, friends and family for a relaxed afternoon of celebration.

Places will be limited so book early to ensure your place at the party. Write to  Assistant Governor Mike Martineau (20 Foxheath Close, Biggin Hill TN16 3HQ) with your cheque made out to Rotary D1120.

It's going to be a memorable event!
