Defibrillators come closer

Busy end to 2025 sees defibrillators come closer.

..

Cowdenbeath Rotary Club have had a busy run-up to the festive period.

Mossmorran Wind Farm Community Fund last week paid over a grant of £2,000 to the club, which will allow them to purchase, instal and undertake initial maintenance of a defibrillator at the north end of Cowdenbeath High Street.

Club president, Craig Bennet, explained that Scott Paterson, of Moorelands Travel Agency, has very kindly agreed that the defibrillator can be installed to the left of Moorelands' main entrance.

Negotiations are now taking place for the purchase and installation of the defibrillator and it is hoped that it will be installed and operational by mid February.
