Dear All,
You must have thought that this week you would be spared a weekly bulletin. Well that is true up to a point. I wonder what you were doing last Thursday evening - probably suffering the agonies of the Uruguay match, but maybe not - if you were really doing somerthing interesting let me know and I will mention it next Thursday.
As for our own World Cup draw, I must comiserate with Brendan who having drawn England and Spain might feel somewhat cheesed off that these were the first two teams to go out.
As a reminder next week's meeting is downstairs in the restaurant. The following week (July 3rd) we might have a French theme to the meeting with the Tour de France 2 days later - oo la la!
