There are more than 800,000 young carers under the age of 18 in the UK today who care for a family member with a long-term physical or mental illness or disability.
Sutton Carers Centre specialise in providing services such as Peer Support. They also offer a range of activities and help to access services such as health professionals, social workers, educational and emotional help.
Sutton Carers Centre are there for our borough's young carers at a time when caring for their loved one maybe isolating and demanding.
