YOUTH WORK 2026

RYLA is a leadership development programme for teenagers and young adults 14-30 years old run by RGBI Districts and delivered with the core Rotary ethos of "Service above Self".


This 5-day residential, intensive programme is designed to develop confidence, leadership skills, gain exposure to problem-solving strategies and encourage team work whilst also developing long-term friendships and contacts.

Rotary's unique course is valued for its teaching of good citizenship and success in career development. Places are sponsored by Rotary Clubs and hosted every August at High Ashurst Activity Centre in Dorking.

Carshalton Park Club are proud to be sponsoring two students from Sutton Schools in August 2026.

We wish all 2026 RYLA students good luck for their future studies and careers.
