Teas on the Green

Our 'annual' Tea was a great success.  We had thought the heat might keep people away, but - far from it.  It was our most successful Tea to date with a great number of visitors.  Thank you all so much for coming along - you have helped us raise money for our chosen causes and we're truly grateful.

We raised enough money to pay for a ShelterBox and to cover the cost of the food vouchers we distribute to those in dire circumstances at Christmas.

Another aim is to attract a few volunteers who could help out for an hour or two when we hold events (no more than four a year) to make these fund-raising events possible,  At the moment we ask our families to help out, but we need to widen our search area!  If anyone thinks they could spare an hour or two, we would be delighted to hear from you.
