The course contains a mixture of: Physical and Mental Challenges that allow participants to experience Leadership, Team Building, Communication and Problem Solving skills.

These are based on both indoor and outdoor activities such as: - Walking – Problem Solving – Water Activities – Orienteering - Raft building – Presentations - etc.

Experienced professional instructors who have worked with Rotary for many years, along with Rotarian mentors, conduct these activities.

Rotary Club members will carry out transport to and from the course.
