PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS AT TAMESIDE BEER FESTIVAL 2026
STALYBRIDGE CIVIC HALL AND HELP RAISE FUNDS FOR LOCAL CHARITIES
Tameside Beer Festival, organised by Tameside Rotary volunteers, raises money for charity. Now in its 14th year, the event has become a highly anticipated fixture in the Tameside calendar. In previous years, this event alone has enabled Tameside Rotary to donate over £5,000 to charitable causes. In a typical Rotary year we donate to over 30 plus local charities with monies raised from fundraising.
This year the Charity Beer Festival, will be held on 18/19 September at Stalybridge Civic Hall. The event typically attracts 900 or so visitors and you now have an opportunity to promote your business to them. You can do this by taking a sponsorship or advertising package – see the enclosed flyer – ranging from £60 to £150. The proceeds from this festival will be donated to four local dementia community groups.
We will also add your company name/logo to the festival website with links to your own website and/or social media platforms. Our media campaign will direct traffic to the website www.tamesidebeerfestival.co.uk which last year was seen by just under 5,000 people in the run-up to the event. Active promotion of this local event on our social media platforms (by our volunteer PR team) has previously attracted over 40,000 views (in one 28 day period). Our top performing posts on the beer festival will see, on average, an estimated 17,000 viewing the content with approximately 4,000 actively interacting and sharing.
Without sponsorship we would struggle to meet all the costs involved in delivering such an amazing local fundraising event which attracts visitors from across Greater Manchester and the North West. In taking out a small sponsorship package, you are helping to raise funds for local charities and voluntary groups.
For more information or to return the attached sponsorship form please reply directly or email beerfestival@tamesiderotary.onmicrosoft.com

With regards
Steve Knowles,
