100 free roses to the public in St Andrews "With Love From Rotaract"


This tradition has been carried out by Rotaract members for over 10 years.

The public in the community in St Andrews greatly appreciate the surprise of a free rose on Valentines Day.

This is a fun event for the Rotaractors and public alike.

Rotaract is all about young people of all nationalities bringing fun to the community in which they live.
