The Nepal visit - part two - a relaxing walk!
Photos taken during the visit of Poundbury Rotarians to Nepal for the water projects partly financed by the club and to deliver to the schoolchildren some stationery. Towards the end of the trip, a relaxing walk to base camp.

The photos show the club members (Ian B, Richard B and Richard S) in Nepal during their visit to the water project partly funded by the club (plus the Portland Club and grant aid from Rotary Foundation). The travellers paid for their own costs of course. During the visit, the members took with them various items of stationery for the schoolchildren.
In addition, towards the end of the trip some took a walk up to base camp, as you do!

Members of Dorchester Poundbury Rotary Club enjoyed a super breakfast before visiting the place that will become Gully's Place in the Children's Ward. A cheque from monies raised at the recent charter party was then presented.
