How we spent donations and receipts 2018-2020

42 causes supported

Analysis of Club Spending in 2 years to 30th June 2020

Funds to enable our Club to support the many organisations detailed below have been received principally from donations made when visiting towns and villages within our area with Santa and his sleigh on a number of dates in the month of December in 2018 and 2019.

2021: We are committed to supporting projects with Eccleshall Scouts Group and Yarnfield Parish which are ongoing.  We are hopeful of supporting a lot more deserving projects following the Covid19 Lockdown.

In addition specific fundraising events have been held which are detailed seperately below.  These include collections at Eccleshall Co-op where the collection will be for a stated purpose e.g. End Polio Now, Disaster Aid, and a sponsored walk by a member of the Club in August 2019.

The Water & Sanitation project , Nepal project was a shared project with the Rotary Clubs of Stafford, Stafford Castle and Stafford Knot.
