On Friday 8 May, we will be having our second Spring quiz.
As it is VE night the quiz will be themed around World War 2.However, please don't think it's going to be a dusty academic affair; the questions will be fairly light pub quiz/trivia type questions
We are, again, requesting contributions of £2 per person. This time all monies raised will be donated to Lindsey Lodge Hospice. We recognise that many of you donated very generously to our last quiz in aid of the local food bank, so if you just want to join in for fun, that's fine by us. However, if you can contribute something it will be very gratefully received.
The current crisis has meant that many of Lindsey Lodge's usual fundraising activities (such as sales from their shops) have been suspended which has had a catastrophic impact on revenue.
Whatever we manage to raise for Lindsey Lodge, it will be a worthwhile event. So on Friday 8 May we will again post our bank details a little before the quiz and then at 7.30pm the first set of questions will be uploaded here on our FB page. 15 minutes later the second set and so on. At 9.00pm the answers will be posted.
