Saughall Rotary Club have arranged for Santa to record
personalised video messages for the children again this year
For a small donation (minimum just £5) to charity we will record a personalised video from Santa and email you a link

It's really very simple to do
- Just download the request form by clicking HERE
- For devices using Windows save the form to your device BEFORE completing it
- Downloading from Ipads and I-phones is a little different to Windows - see FAQs
- Complete your basic contact details
- To personalise the message, just add any information that could really make it special for the children
- Choose which charity or charities you wish your donation to go to
- Email the form to - saughallrotarysanta@outlook.com before 20th December
If you have any difficulty accessing or viewing the form then please just send us an email
What happens next?
- We send you an acknowledgement by email
- This Includes an important reference number and details of how to make your donation
- Donation will be through the Rotary Club of Saughall Trust Account. There are no admin charges which means 100% of your donation will go directly to your chosen charity
- We acknowledge receipt of your donation
- We record the message and send you a link to it in time for Christmas
- You can save the message to your own device.

YOUR data matters to us. Any personal data that you give us will be kept secure, we will not; pass it to any third parties, we will not use it for any other purpose, we will delete all the data on 31st December 2020 and we will ensure we comply with GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
