The `Friends of The Rotary Club of Furness Peninsula`gives non Rotarians who want to support our events the opportunity to keep up to date with our plans.
All `Friends` register with us, and we then send out periodic e-mails detailing the latest events and news that may be of interest.
Also we are aiming to hold informal `Friends` evenings - these are simple social nights and a great way for future members to meet us, and get to know us, without feeling intimidated by having to attend a full club meeting.
If you are interested in becoming a friend of Rotary please contact us via the contact page selecting 'Friends of Rotary' from the drop down menu.
Our `Friends` nights are family friendly, and there are only a few rules .......
No formal dress code
No being grumpy
No feeling left out
and absolutely nobody can go home until they have proved that they have enjoyed the night !

moreStewards for the evening should be at the venue NO later than 6:30pm and should find a replacement to act for them if they are unable to attend. If a meeting is cancelled this list stays as it is - it does NOT move forward by a week.
