The Rotary Summer Spectacular

A Big Thank You

To all those who supported or attended The Rotary Summer Spectacular on bank holiday Sunday. Based on all the feedback we have received, the event appears to have been extremely successful for all concerned, with an estimated 5000 people having attended.

A Plea For Donations

We intentionally kept pitch rentals as low as possible, to support smaller local businesses who would benefit from the footfall, whilst providing free pitches to charities and community groups.

So if you did have a successful day, we would welcome donations to enable us to continue to support the community and charities of Sheppey, as well as the multiple international humanitarian causes that Rotary International supports.

We are planning to run the event again next year, so please put Sunday 29th August 2027 in your diaries.

Improvements for next year

For those who were able to attend this year, we will be undertaking a Lessons Learned exercise in order to improve for the future.
