Island Run 2024

The Rotary Club of Minster-on-Sea and Sporting Events UK teamed up to bring you this great event. This year the offering was a great fast and flat seafront 10k or 5k.
The Island Run has been taking place for over 40 years in various formats and raises money for local charities in the area.
In 2022, the Rotary Club of Minster-on-Sea and Sporting Events UK teamed up to deliver this great event. This year the offering was a great fast and flat seafront 10k or 5k. This made it ideal both for those chasing a PB and for beginners.
So on a beautiful sunny Sunday in May, the event proved to be a huge success with 350 runners in total.
There were prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female,1st male and female VET40, 50 and 60.

We have formed a cluster with 4 other European clubs. Each year one club hosts the other three, who each make a donation of 1500 Euros to the host club to spend on a project of their choice.
