Family Dog Show

The dog show/competition will be situated in the animal zone near the lakeside and will run throughout the afternoon.

Entry is £2.00 per dog per class and is payable in entry to the ring.

Competative classes you can enter your dog into are as follows:
  • Prettiest girl
  • Handsomest boy
  • Best mover
  • Waggiest tail
  • Best rescue/ rehomed dog
  • Best cross breed 
  • Best pedigree 
  • Best golden oldie/ veteran 
  • Judges favourite 
  • Best in show and reserve best in show.

The schedule for timing of each of these classes will be published in the coming weeks.

 

Please note the following rules:
  • All dogs must be kept on a lead and under full control of their owner/handler at all times.

  • Any dogs that show any agressive behaviour (or has potential to do so) toward other dogs, animals/birds or people will not be tolerated on the site at any time during the Summer Spectacular.

  • Any excrement must be cleared up immediately by the dogs owner/handler using appropriate bags and disposed of in the dog waste bins provided. 

  • No bitches in season.

  • Throughout the day, please ensure your dog has adequate water to drink and does not get overheated.

  • No dog can be shut in any vehicle.

Anybody who fails to comply with the above will be asked to leave the event.
