An increasingly popular annual competition encouraging budding young photographers
to develop their camera and post production skills
Our competition is open to entrants in three age groups
with valuable cash prizes awarded in each group:
Age 6 to 10*
Age 11 to 14*
Age 15 to 18*
* This will be your age on 31 August in the year of the competition
Our competition is supported by local professional photographer Paul Wilkinson
who presents the Awards and gives generous encouragement to entrants and parents alike
while reflecting on the sheer joy that photography can bring
During the Awards ceremony Paul will deliver stimulating and insightful commentary
on layout and format, and useful tips for improving techniques for future competition entries
Paul's enthusiasm in encouraging youngsters to engage in photography is clear for all to see
