SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Special General Meeting of the Club will be held on the 4th November, for the purpose of –

1. To receive and approve the Annual Accounts for the year ending 30th June 20202. To elect the following Officers of the Club:-

2.1 The President for the year 2022 to 2023

2.2 The President elect for the year 2021 to 2022

2.3 The Vice President for the year 2021 to 2022

2.4 The Treasurer for the year 2021 to 2022

2.5 The Secretary for the year 2021 to 2022

2.6 Two voting delegates for the year 2021-2022

Nominations for these Offices should be forwarded to the Secretary by Friday 30th  October 2020
