This evening we were delighted to welcome our District Governor, Joy Palmer Cooper to our meeting at ‘61 Durham’. As guest speaker, Joy gave a presentation on what Paul Harris (founder of Rotary International) would find in today’s Rotary from local, national and international aspects of the organisation which now has a worldwide membership of over 1.2 million in more than 200 countries and geographical areas.
