CPR and Defibrillator Familiarisation Event

Today, our Rotary North East 'One Life Initiative' team were joined by members of the North East Ambulance Service to offer free hands-on CPR and defibrillator familiarisation at the Summer Market in Durham Market Place. The event attracted a good deal of attention resulting in a number of people of all ages keen to learn more about how to perform CPR and how to use defibrillators. City of Durham MP Mary Kelly Foy was amongst those who stopped by to see us.
