Music Festival
Each summer in July the Rotary Club in conjunction with the town council stage a music festival on the lawn behind the fitness center. As well as a large range of local bands performing on stage giving a great afternoon of free entertainment, the field also has a range of food stalls and bar adding to the fun. Money collected by the Rotary raffle go into local charities.
Fireworks
In Oct each year the club with the town council put on a giant firework display which is noe of the biggest in the area. With the cost of the fireworks and the insurance we now have to charge for this display but these charges are kept to the minimum and any extra monies collected are put back into the community through local Rotary charities
Christmas

December sees us out in various places that shoppers may congregate, for instance in the Whitely Village, Whiteley Tesco with the sleigh. We also have a number of evenings travelling around the village giving children an opportunity to see Santa.
