Richard Stainer is an Assistant Priest in the Cockfield Benefice and the Diocesan World Development Adviser.
He is also chair of the Suffolk Association of Fairtrade Towns.
Patrick Kaberia is a tea farmer in Kenya and is patron of SAFT. He, like many other farmers in developing countries is struggling to survive as tea prices fall and the climate crisis bites.
Richard’s illustrated talk will examine how Fairtrade can help farmers to survive against the odds, enable families to send their children to school and give us a high quality product here in the U.K.
