On Saturday 2nd February, Beth Davey, the winner of the Trowbridge Wessex Mead Young Chef 2012 Competition, took part on the Rotary GB&I Young Chef District Final competing at the Melksham Oaks Community School against 11 other students aged between 11-17. The remit was to prepare a 3-course healthy meal for 2 people within a cooking time of 2 hours and costing no more than
