Eastbourne AM in the community

Eastbourne AM is committed to helping worthwhile causes in Eastbourne, in the UK and around the world. Through strong friendships and a desire to get involved, we search out new projects to support, promote and enhance. We specialise in helping small locally focused projects over a long term both at home and overseas. This enables members to really see the differences their input makes.

We have some major projects that we support annually such as Breakaway, Tree of Light and The Lighthouse Walk and more details of these events can be viewed by going to their respective pages on the website.

Macmillan Coffee Morning 25 September 2026

Macmillan Coffee Morning returns on Friday 25 September 2026 marking its 36th anniversary as the biggest fundraising event for cancer support.

The Rotary Club of Eastbourne AM continue to support Macmillan Cancer Support and will again be hosting a Coffee Morning at Brewers Decorators Centre in Birch Road from 7.15am – 8.30am to raise vital funds for the 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK. Donations support nurses, support workers and online communities for cancer patients.

In 2025 this Club, together with the support of Brewers, raised £1372.  The morning was well attended with over 60 people including The Mayor and Josh Babarinde MP.
.

If you are interested in attending or would like to donate something for the raffle then please do contact me.
