SAGE HOUSE SPINATHON SUCCESS!
They did it again! Despite being 2 years older than the last time they participated in this fundraising event, the four Chichester Harbour Rotary Club cyclists once again donned their Lycra shorts to take part in this year’s ‘Sage House Spinathon’ held on 6 May 2026 to raise money for Sage House Dementia Hub, and succeeded in raising the magnificent sum of £896 (including Gift Aid).
Martin Tomlinson, Mike Hutchins, Geoff Chapman and Janie Foote would like to thank all their supporters, fellow Rotarians, friends and family for helping our Rotary Club to continue to support Sage House, a local charity that remains very close to our hearts.
A number of our Rotary Club’s members have been touched or affected by this cruel disease and consequently appreciate the brilliant support that Sage House offers to families, carers and those living with dementia.
If you want to know more about the amazing work that Sage House does in our local area, visit their website at https://www.dementiasupport.org.uk/sage-house
The keen cyclists hope to take part in future Spinathons in support of Sage House. They just need to make sure that the T-shirts (and the shorts!) still fit next year..!
