ROTARY YOUTH LEADERSHIP AWARDS (RYLA) 2024

Our Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) students gave excellent presentations about their experiences at the RYLA week.

Our Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) students this year were:

Briana Wood - Felpham Community College

Charlie Wreford - Chichester College

Max Williams - St Phillip Howard

Despite experiencing technical problems, all the students gave excellent feedback presentations that were throroughly enjoyed by all those attending.

It was abundantly clear from the presentations that they had all had a wonderful time.

They were excited to tell us that whilst they had been personally challenged by some of the tasks they faced, they had overcome their nerves and apprehension to complete them, giving them a wonderful sense of achievement.

They learned so much about the importance of leadership and teamwork along with so much more. The week will stand them in good stead going forward.

Long-term friendships were forged with reunions planned. The week away certainly wasn't all work!

As a Club we're proud to support the Rotary RLYA programme.
