What should be mentioned is that these walks start and finish at a local pub...
The walks are well chosen to ensure that anyone can come along but are long enough to build up an appetite.
The latest walk saw a small band of hardy souls brave the wind and rain to "enjoy" a short walk around Boxgrove and part of the Home Farm Estate Goodwood. It was (only?!) the prospect of a hearty Sunday roast lunch at the nearby Anglesey Arms that ensured all the walkers lasted the course.
In addition to the Sunday walks a number of members also go out wandering on Tuesday , no lunch but a coffee essential !
