Patrick Quinton-Brown

Patrick is at Oxford University studying for a Master of Philosophy in International Relations.


Patrick, who is from Whitby, Ontario, Canada initially studied at the University of Toronto.  His talk to us was entitled 'Humanitarian Intervention in a Contested 21st Century'.
